What's included in each mystery snack box?
A surprise mix of proper British snacks-crisps, biscuits, chocolate bars and sweets curated fresh each time. The exact items (and count) depend on the size you choose: The Starter, The Main, or The Full English. Please read each packet’s ingredients and allergen info before eating.
Can I send a mystery box as a gift?
Absolutely! Our boxes make brilliant presents—perfect for anyone who wants to Snack like a Brit or for expats missing home. We leave out prices and can add a handwritten card or a fun theme. Just tell us what you’d like at gigis.stores@gmail.com or via the Contact page
Do you have plant-based options and allergy advice?
Yes! Our Garden Box is our vegan option, and we can also curate vegetarian picks just email gigis.stores@gmail.com or use the contact us page.

When will my order arrive?
Processing takes 2–3 business days
UK orders usually arrive 2–3 business days after dispatch
International orders usually arrive in 7–10 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery can take longer during busy seasons, courier delays, or customs checks. Customs delays can happen unfortunately and are outside of our control.
Do customs fees apply to my order and who pays them?
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or handling fees (if any) are paid by the buyer/recipient. They’re not included in our product or shipping price and your local carrier may request payment before delivery.
Good news: some countries don’t charge, so you might not be asked to pay anything—but it’s up to local rules.

What is your returns policy?
Returns/exchanges accepted within 14 days. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
